Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Shipping costs are as follows Q: What does damaged box mean? A: When an item is listed as damaged box it usually means that the box is missing the top. Some boxes have normal shelf wear and that will not classify it as a "damaged box". If you are very concerned about this please contact us before you place your order.
